此次共有123家企事业单位的259家博士后站点发布博士后岗位,汇集浦江实验室、中国科学院上海技术物理研究所、上海交通大学、复旦大学、中国商飞等一大批国内顶尖科研机构、“双一流”高校和全球头部企业。

发布岗位呈现“全球化、平台大、团队强”的特点。其中，面向美国、英国、德国的岗位位列前三，分别投放3228，2887，1416个岗位需求，不限国籍；来自国家级和市级重大平台、重点任务、重要项目的岗位需求约占总数的90%;35位院士领衔、众多业界知名大咖坐镇合作导师，共筑科研团队。

生物医药、新材料、化工、集成电路、人工智能等领域，以及临床医学、生物学、材料科学与工程、化学、物理学、电子科学与技术、计算机科学与技术等学科，需求量较大。

岗位薪资最高70万元，大多集中在25万至35万元之间，中位数为30万元。另有约30%的岗位提供自有公寓，超50%的岗位提供住房补贴。

上海是中国博士后制度的首批实践地。目前已在37所高校和科研院所中建立了238个博士后科研流动站；在154家企事业单位和科学园区中建立了博士后科研工作站；在13个行政区或功能区创建了博士后创新实践基地。上海博士后站点已覆盖所有在沪国家高端智库、国家科技资源共享平台、双一流高校，以及一大批在沪全国重点实验室、中科院法人单位、国家级企业技术中心、国家工程技术研究中心、新序列国家工程研究中心、国家单项冠军企业、国家专精特新小巨人企业、上海百强企业等具有国际国内领先水平的高端科研平台。

截至2022年6月底，全市在站博士后7305人，其中外籍、港澳台和具有海外留学经历的占24%。自中国博士后制度实施37年来，上海共培养博士后研究人员3万余名，有10名当选为两院院士，300多名入选国家级人才计划。近年来，上海博士后中每年有超70人入选国家“博士后创新人才支持计划”，超120人获中国博士后科学基金特别资助，超700人获中国博士后科学基金面上资助。2018至2021年，有50人入选国家博士后国际交流计划派出项目，206人入选博士后国际交流引进项目，14人入选中德博士后交流项目，6人入选香江学者计划，6人入选澳门青年学者计划。

2018年起实施的“超级博士后”激励计划是上海集聚和留用优秀青年科研人员的“王牌”项目。对通过遴选的优秀博士后，由上海市给予每人30万元的资助，同时由设站单位给予不低于1：1的配套经费资助。四年来，累计资助博士后1675名，资助金额约5亿元。2022年起，将加大对外籍博士后的引进培养力度，每年资助外籍“超级博士后”不少于50人。

AsoftheendofJune2022,therewere7,305postdoctoralresearchersinthecity,ofwhom24%wereforeigners,residentsfromHongKong,MacaoandTaiwanofChina,andChinesemainlanderswithoverseaseducationbackground.
